Fees & Charges (Service Commitment)
At ANNVIEW, we believe great products deserve equally reliable service. From pricing transparency to careful packaging and delivery, we focus on the details to help ensure every order arrives safely, on time, and ready to use.
1) Product Pricing

Standard items follow quoted or listed prices.

Custom-built products are quoted after specifications, quantity, and lead time are confirmed.
2) Customisation / Engineering Fees (if applicable)

For non-standard structures, special finishes, feature upgrades, or system/software pre-configuration, an engineering fee may apply.

If applicable, we will always confirm any engineering fees with you before production.
3) Freight & Delivery

Many of our products are oversized and heavy. Freight is calculated case-by-case based on dimensions, weight, delivery address, access conditions (floor/lift), and unloading requirements.

Delivery is typically by road truck or direct delivery by our team.

Orders over AUD 100: Free shipping

4) Delivery Coverage

Delivery is available to Metro Areas and Regional Areas only.

For Remote / Outback locations, delivery is confirmed case-by-case for each address. If serviceable, a Remote Area Surcharge may apply (quoted based on the exact address and carrier requirements).
5) Packaging (if applicable)

Standard protective packaging is included.

For higher protection needs, pallet packaging or flight cases are available as optional upgrades and charged separately.
6) On-site Installation & Commissioning (optional)

Installation, mounting, cabling, setup, and training are available and quoted based on scope.
7) Urgent Orders / Expediting (if applicable)

If you need a shortened lead time, rush production or expediting fees may apply. We will confirm options and costs with you upfront.
8) Cancellations & Returns

Standard stock items follow our return policy (items must be returned in original condition and packaging).

Custom-built items are typically non-cancellable and non-returnable once production has started. If cancellation is requested, any incurred costs will apply.
Returns (Non-Quality Reasons)
We’re happy to help where we can. For returns not due to a product quality issue (e.g., change of mind, ordered by mistake), the following will apply:

Round-trip shipping costs (outbound + return freight), and
-
A product inspection & re-packaging fee.

If free shipping was applied to the original order, the outbound shipping cost will also be charged for non-quality returns.
Returns (Quality Issues)
If a return is confirmed to be due to a product quality issue (following our assessment), we’ll look after you:

No return freight charge, and no inspection/re-packaging fee will apply.

We will work with you on the best resolution, such as repair, replacement, or refund, in line with the agreed warranty/return terms.
9) Payment Terms (example)

Standard items: deposit/full payment as agreed; balance before dispatch.

Custom projects: deposit + balance before dispatch (or milestone-based).
